Dennis Hopper lost his battle with prostate cancer, today, he was 74. The American actor and director will probably be best remembered for "Easy Rider", a low budget blockbuster that did much to change the movie business. I'll leave it to other sites to detail his acting and directing accomplishments. My favorite memory of Hopper was in the movie, "Hoosiers." Whether his part was big or small, his was usually the most memorable character. He was a strong actor. It's sad, but it seems he was more successful in his professional life than he was privately. R.I.P.
