Gallagher On The Mend

Watermelon smashing comic Gallagher is doing OK. According to his manager, Christina Scherrer, Gallagher was rushed to a hospital after suffering a heart attack.

He was doing a show in Texas, last Wednesday,  when he complained about chest pains.

Since then, the comic has emerged from a medically induced coma. His people say that the 65 year old comic is able to breathe on his own, move around and has even started cracking jokes.

Last year, Gallagher suffered a heart attack during a show at the Whiskey Bone Roadhouse in Minnesota.
