Mattel has come out with the Jennifer Lopez Barbie Doll. Actually, it came out before Christmas. I haven't been able to find any sales figures on the thing, yet. What I have found is that a lot of people think that Mattel screwed up by trimming the relative size of J Lo's caboose, arms, etc. On the other hand, it's just a doll.

Marketed as a limited edition, J Lo says she likes it.

Suggested retail: $36.

The question is, is this a real collectors' item or will it be a curiosity item at someone's garage sale in 15 years?
