Famous NASCAR driver, Tony Stewart was behind the wheel of a sprint car that ran over another driver on Saturday night at Canandaigua, New York. The incident began as Stewart was passing Kevin Ward, Jr. Stewart's right rear wheel made contact with Ward's front left wheel, sending Ward into the outside guardrail and out of the race. Ward got out of his car and walked to the center of the track to confront Stewart who was still driving, under a yellow caution flag. The video shows one car avoiding Ward, followed by Stewart who hit Ward. Was Ward wrong to get out of his car after the wreck? Yes. Unless there's a fire, you stay with your car. Was Stewart wrong to drive so close to where Ward was standing? Definitely! Stewart is guilty of "something" here.
