Well as you can see in the previous post, I didn't expect either the Patriots or the Rams to be in the Super Bowl. Part of the reason for this is because I don't like either team. My dislike for Tom Brady stems from his personal life. My dislike for the Rams is on the team level. When a professional sports franchise abandons the area that has supported them, they become nothing more than opportunistic nomads.
So.......my pick?
I will hold my nose and pick the New England Patriots. Normally we do not get into scoring, but I think that both teams have good defenses and they know pretty much what to expect. I predict a low scoring game with New England to win by less than 9 points. I also believe that the kicking and special teams will be of significant importance.
