Dropped ad |
There's a law firm in New York City that offers representation for people injured from the 9/11 attack. This is to say that they specialize in 9/11 lawsuits. The adjoining ad was pulled - not by the law firm - but by the ad agency that created it.
You see, the firefighter in the ad, Robert Keiley, was not a firefighter at ground zero, as it says in the ad. The truth is, Keiley joined the NYFD in 2005. He was working as a model when he posed for the ad, he thought that it would be used in a generic fire prevention ad. He was paid $350.
Not a big deal...unless...maybe if you lost someone on 9/11...
