You may remember that a few months ago I was talking about a Hollywood actress who decided to sue the Internet Movie Data Base for revealing her true age. She said that her age was discovered (and published on the Internet) by IMDB from her credit card information when she applied for an upgraded service from the web site.
She filed the suit as "Jane Doe." The judge said that she needs to use her real name. (Shouldn't her lawyer have known this?)
So....here she is, Huong Hoang, also known as Junie Hoang (but everyone knows her as "Nancy!"). She's (gasp!) 40 years old. She's looking for a million dollar settlement...saying that her privacy was violated and that the publication of her true age will hinder her chance at getting work in Hollywood.
She should hold her tongue and talk with BETTY WHITE!
