First, in an unrelated note, it has been brought to my attention that I have a new follower on Twitter! (I think that I have 12, now.) To celebrate, let's take a look at this week's Wednesday Foto! She's Horii Mizuki from Chiba, Japan. She is a 26 year old Japanese gravure idol best known for her appearances in various Japanese magazines and television shows.
Horii is vertically challenged at only 4'11" tall. She makes up for it in other ways.
