Is PETA having a Fourth of July barbecue, this year?

I was thinking of posting a link to the text of the Declaration of Independence, but maybe not. Why? The document was signed on 7/4/1776, that's why. If you really want to read the text of the Declaration, you can click here.

I noticed that Scott LoBaido, a New York artist, is getting recognized for his latest effort, a painting of the American Flag on the roof of the Lamons Gasket Co. in Houston , Texas. It's nearly 3.5 acres...everything's bigger in Texas...and yes, occasionally, size does matter! Especially when you're flying into Houston's Hobby Airport and you look out the window and see LoBaido's work. He did all of this in only 20 days. You may have heard that Houston has been having some lousy weather. LoBaido and a handful of workers used 9" rollers and roughly 900 gallons of paint.

My barn needs to be painted...I think I just got an idea...
