Public Flatulence Law Raises A Stink

I am not making this up - honestly, this is a proposed law, soon to be debated by the Parliament of Malawi, Africa. The offense is breaking wind, you know, farting - in public.

The Malawian government wants to punish "persistent offenders" while moulding responsible and disciplined citizens.

Sometimes it is difficult to pinpoint the offender as when the offense occurs, guys have been known to pass the "blame" to somebody else.

This legislation contains other offenses, these include insulting the modesty of a woman, challenging to fight a duel, and trespassing on a burial place. It also outlaws pretending to be a fortune teller.

God, I hope Chuck Schumer doesn't read this!!
