Plane carrying singer Jenni Rivera, crashes

Sad to hear that a plane carrying Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera went missing - shortly after taking off, early Sunday, from Monterrey.

 Details are sketchy, but we know that the plane took off at 3:15am, Sunday,  following a concert. Contact with the plane was lost at about 10 minutes into the flight. Seven people including her publicist, lawyer, makeup artist and the flight crew were believed to be aboard the U.S.-registered Learjet 25.  The plane was bound for a suburban Mexico City airport.

Update:  The jet's wreckage was found near the town of Iturbide in Mexico's Sierre Madre Oriental amid very rough terrain. There were no survivors.
