This is just plain odd. There's an
Oakland Raiders Cheerleader who is suing the team saying that they failed to pay her minimum wage.

Lacy T. just finished her rookie season as one of
"Football's Fabulous Females." Her contract promised $125 for each of the Raiders home games. Part of the job also requires attendance at additional rehearsals, charity appearances, photo-shoots for the swimsuit calendar and other events with no compensation. Considering the extra duties, the suit alleges payment below minimum wage.
According to the suit, the Raiderettes don't get paid until the end of the season and they are fined for minor rule violations such as wearing the wrong workout clothing or bringing the wrong pom-poms to practice. Even if this is partially true, it's shameful.
Looks like a public relations fumble for the Raiders...
