More than two weeks before the U.S. Presidential election, the results were flashed on TV screens by a station in Arizona. This really happened. There are several YouTube entries on this subject. While it may make you wonder if the outcome is predetermined, please note that the graphic indicates that 99% of the precincts have reported. Precincts are not counted in national elections. For the President we use electoral votes.
