I say why not? In the heavily populated Sao Paulo area of Brazil, voters elected a professional clown to represent them in Congress! Tiririca is a 45 year old professional clown and he won by a landslide! He campaigned saying that he has no idea what a congressman actually does. If elected, he promised to tell the people what goes on in congress. At least the voters knew that he was a clown before the election!
Wait a minute, I thinking, here........naw it's too late...for me...this year...
