Idon't quite understand the country's money problems. Probably because I don't think that we are being told the truth.
How bad can it be if both houses of Congress are on recess and the President is playing golf?
If it is really a bad situation, I'd look at an across the board 2% cut in all spending and a 100% cut in foreign aid to countries that hate us.
Then, if necessary, I have an idea for the initial governmental layoffs.
